Once you’ve saved the template to your Google Drive you can start customising it for your specific milestone event. There are no fonts to install and the app will work either on your phone, tablet or directly in a web browser on your computer. It’s free to use, all you need is a Google account and that’s free too.

1. Choose the size
Do you want the final invite to be 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 inches?
2. Save your file
- Open the MASTER file of the correct size, make a copy and name the file so you are ready to start editing.
- Click File > Make A Copy > Add Name
- This will save another file to your Google Drive and keep the master unaltered so you can use it again.
Now it’s time to narrow down the choices so you have one page left ready to create your event invitation.
3. One image or two?
The template includes options for one image or two. How many do you have ready to add
4. Pick a background
The final decision before you start adding content is to choose your background. Do you prefer light or dark?
In the thumbnails pane on the left, Select the page that you don’t want to use and press Delete. EG If you want the light background, then delete the dark option.
